I thought he was busy before!

Ira is now a walker, he really would rather be running, but he can't quite keep up with his own self. Shawn and I sit across from each other and he likes to walk back and forth. Its like playing catch and Ira is the ball. He has started to let go of funrniture a lot more too, getting more confident every day. He is really proud of himself and gets so excited that he often loses his balance, or wants to go faster than he can and gets his feet tangled up.





In all his preparation to walk he cruised around the house pulling himself up on everything he could reach, he then discovered there is a lot of things above that he can't see, but his little hands can reach. The look on his face when he discover the piano was priceless.



And So Ira's musical Journey continues, as we now have videos of Guitar and singing, and Piano, we now have what seems to be his favorite so far... DRUMS! My Nephew helped me put my set together out in the garage, he enjoys playing and is teaching Ira.


and last of all for todays video blogs, Ira the Athletic...I think his dad might get his wish of Ira becoming a football star.

Ready for Business...or Grandpa's Wedding

We got Ira a stellar new brown suit for my dad's wedding, we've been wanting to get him one, and this gives us a great excuse. Charming boy.

So i am really into these videos.... This on is probably my favorite!


The first time he did this was last week, I just let go of him and it took him a second to realize he was standing and he immediately sat down..now he thinks about it and actually tries to stand by himself!

Peek-a-Boo

call it neglect, but i dont think we have played peek-a-boo with Ira.. He is a pretty funny kid!

Ira got stuck under a chair trying to get to the curtains he loves to play with....
